& Crafts Vendors
If you are a vendor and would like to
have a booth on Saturday, please print off the application and return it as soon as possible. Booths are on a first
come first serve basis, so make sure you do not miss out. Remember that this is a family event and we do have a few
conditions we ask you to follow.

CONDITIONS OF ARTS AND CRAFT SHOW
- Booth rental will include one 8 x 2.5
table (two tables with 10X20 booth). All other furnishings provided by vendor.
- Booths must be completely set up before
opening time of 10:00 AM and the aisles must be clean and free of boxes.
- All displays must be in good taste, neat,
and appealing to the customer.
- You must maintain your booth until closing.
- All vehicles of exhibitors must be removed
from the show area before 9 AM to designated parking.
- Please, no parking on the grass.
- Neither Cross Timbers Community Church
nor the Argyle Bluegrass Festival, it’s members or any individual acting on it’s behalf shall be liable or
responsible for any reason whatsoever, for loss, theft, spoilage, or damage of equipment resulting in a loss to the exhibitor,
or personal injury or property damage, for individuals assisting, or volunteering assistance to the exhibitor in the operation
or setting up or taking down of exhibitor display.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed in booths,
no open flames, including lit candles.
- The Argyle Bluegrass Festival reserves
the right to exclude any exhibit or part thereof.
- Application deadline is February 15,
2008.
- No rain date or refunds for inclement
weather.
- Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining
any desired personal injury or property damage insurance at their own expense.
